Booking an Appointment

If you feel it may be time to begin counselling, I encourage you to take the next simple step and get in touch.

Many clients describe reaching this point after much thought or prayer — often sensing that it’s time to talk things through and find a new way forward.

How to Book

You can arrange an appointment by email or phone using the details on the [Contact] page.

Please include:

  • Your name (first name is fine)

  • Whether you’re enquiring about individual (men’s) or couples counselling

  • Your preferred way to meet (Zoom or in person)

  • Any general availability that suits you

Once I receive your message, I’ll reply as soon as possible with the times currently available. You can also check the [Availability] page, which I update daily.

Booking Options

You may:

  • Book one session at a time

  • Block book several in advance, or

  • Arrange sessions as and when you wish, depending on what fits best with your schedule and needs.

There’s no requirement to commit to a fixed number of sessions — the pace is yours to decide.

Before Your First Session

It can help to spend a little time thinking about what you’d like to bring to the first meeting — perhaps a particular situation, emotion, or question that’s been weighing on you.

There’s no need to prepare in detail; simply come as you are.
