Services
Grace and Faith Counselling offers confidential, professional counselling for men and couples, grounded in a faith-based understanding of life and relationships. My approach draws on many years of experience in both counselling and Christian ministry, bringing together professional skill and spiritual sensitivity.
Counselling for Men
Many men reach a point where keeping everything inside no longer works. Whether it’s anger, anxiety, loss, guilt, relationship conflict, or a sense of being stuck, counselling provides space to talk openly and safely without judgement.
As a counsellor, I listen carefully and help men to make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface — identifying thoughts, patterns and emotions that often go unnoticed. My aim is to help you find clarity, strength and peace through understanding yourself better and, where faith is part of your life, through understanding what God may be doing in the process.
Couples Counselling
Relationships can be tested by stress, loss, past hurts, or simply the demands of everyday life. Couples counselling provides a space to talk honestly, to listen more deeply, and to rebuild trust and connection.
I work with couples to understand what is really being communicated — not just in words, but in emotion and behaviour — so that each person can begin to feel heard and understood again. The goal is not simply to manage conflict but to restore respect, tenderness and hope.
Faith-Based Counselling
Grace and Faith Counselling is founded on Christian values, believing that truth and grace together bring lasting change. Prayer and Scripture can be included where clients wish, but they are never imposed.
Whether or not you share my faith, you will find that I work with honesty, warmth and respect for your own beliefs and experiences. My role is to help you find your footing again — emotionally, relationally and spiritually.
Session Format
Each counselling session lasts one hour.
Sessions are available online via Zoom or in person in a calm, private setting. Clients are welcome to meet as often as they wish — weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or occasionally as needed.
You may book one session at a time, block book several in advance, or arrange appointments as and when you wish, according to availability. This flexibility allows you to work at a pace that feels right for your circumstances.
Practical details about booking and fees are available under [Booking an Appointment] and [What It Costs].
