Application for counselling
If you would like to book counselling, either face to face in Woodford Green, Essex or via Zoom, we will send you a copy of the counselling contract along with a client information form. We ask that you read, fill in, sign and send back the forms. We will send you the availability for David for you to select. When booking the first session, we will send you our bank details and ask you pay the fee for the first session.
